holding the walley show after castle and stuff we did not get to during the course of the show today and it's funny we're just kind of talk we talk about the life with stuff with you guys.

Unfortunately, you probably know way too much about our lives and so.

Betty was like hey walley you need to get your order in for the meeting today for your lunch order and i'm like oh that's right and it's like a three hour meeting and it's a Chipotle order and i'm like oh and i'm like oh no and she's like don't act like you don't love Chipotle oh yeah that's right.

And i am i'm i'm terrified by this i love Chipotle but Chipotle does not love me and this is a three hour meeting i love this idea oh this is good so you know and i'm a little i'm a little disappointed in myself i wish i had suggested Chipotle just to sabotage you but i didn't think about it yeah it just it just order menus and i love yeah i mean yeah for dessert just have many of those like wings i like i love Chipotle but Chipotle.

It's hit her miss like it's probably i'm probably about 80 20 uh then it affects me badly there is a 20% time that it's okay no problems hoping to pray and so that's going to be today's story i'm also going to you know what i can do i'll tell the digital team upstairs i'll be like hey when at around um we'll see let's it starts at 10 45 so let's do like 11 15 is that 30 minutes or 20 minutes yeah

that's 30 minutes okay let's do 11.05 i need you each to take up the bathrooms and lock the door behind you okay that what you're going to be oh literally yeah it's one in a mess yeah i'm unbelievable so that's what my day is going to look like today yay

because the worst is what happens before that like when you like your stomachs gurgling and you're not feeling good we've all been there

and then you know you you want or need to pass gas and then you like the check engine light is on for your body yeah yeah like oh how do i do this like uh quietly and then oh i just i'm not looking for one of those like it's gonna be good yeah don't trust it you know what you could do you could order lunch and just not eat it i did think of that too but it's a long

thing or i thought well maybe i'll go get something else and say oh i didn't know we had lunch or be a salad something clean just stop it uh okay anyway so we'll let you know how that goes tomorrow like you care

uh like there will be people that will email me how to go yeah as you tell me as you dinder tell me yeah we have a bunch of parties that email me which is funny um i have been going down like tiktok rabbit holes i went down one last night

today and unfortunately they're serving me there was there was a movie called the social dilemma a while ago oh yeah and really good on the way social media serves up things you so they are serving me based on my algorithm things that

are things i've watched and it's right in my wheelhouse but it's stuff that's making me really frustrated with society

and it's the left wakism and all these things and so i'm getting all this stuff from like uh matwalsh or jessey waters and so like and while i agree with what they're saying

all i do i find it's just making me angry well in gavin was even the one that was bringing up something like why are you

watching these things when you know they make you angry i know it's hard because you do want to no see well you

want to know things and you want to see a part of the world that's like standing up strongly for something that

we do believe in because we all have to but they but the what they do is to create their argument right they create their

argument by painting the picture of how bad the other side is a lot of times i don't often feel it feels sort of

campaign attacky to me was how they they base all their stuff on just trying to go at the stuff that

does make you mad can i also though point out something that you say oh this is what i'm watching they've

learned my algorithm blah blah blah blah but also about an hour ago uh i heard uh on the speaker

of walle's phone because he has to play it loud for everyone to know what he's listening to everyone
