I had a really good like customer service experience yesterday

I've had a few of those I know I'm on a roll man

I talked to this lady from my internet company and I haven't been happy with the service

It's been spotty and it's been frustrating and my wife has been on me forever to change it

And then we just got a letter from them saying oh, it's getting more expensive so I'm like wait

And so I'm like okay, I'm gonna call and find out what it takes to cancel and I'll switch over to like

AT&T fibers, you know, and so it's that more expensive

AT&T fiber it's expensive, but it's around the same price of this other thing

Hope it would work right and I don't know so then I so I call this lady and I am explaining to her thing

She's like oh, I'm so sorry because I've had other times when they're like oh, okay, and they just like don't care

Okay, great. Well, thanks. I want you to cry a little a little thinking effort

To say to like keep me but she was really good. I know so she was like hey

You know and ask me all these questions and was like okay. Well, what do you have and how much is it and stuff?

So I basically I was like all right if you can show me a way

To stay it makes my life easier, you know, and so she's like well

What if I give you the same speed that you're looking at with the other one for

Less money than them and I was like now you have my attention. It takes leaving for them to give you the best deal

I know, but I mean it and so and I'm like well my problem is that it's the internet's been sketchy for me

And she's like which modem do you have I said? I don't know. It's probably five years old with you guys

She's like all right. Well, let's trade the modem into and I'll send that to you for free tomorrow

I'm like okay then and so yeah, so and this and then my final question was all right look
