and ponder my life over the weekend while

And one lady's like, I've been adjusted for 20 years

and no, I think that's garbage.

But then we had a doctor call and say no it can actually

when you crack it your back and adjust it it releases things into your body

into your system that can mimic that but yeah I mean you got a bad sinus cold. And it was just

pressure. It was horrible, but like I was down Friday. I started feeling a better

Saturday morning. But what I hate is that it always seems to happen on a

weekend on a holiday yeah I'm over it so anyways I'm gonna up my vitamin C
