The other day we were talking about the Bachelorette, you know, and I saw another story come up in my feet about the first Bachelorette.

Do you remember Trista and Ryan

by any chance?

She was the very first Bachelorette.

And so they got married.

He was a firefighter.

And they have been married now for going on 21 years.

Wow, good for them.

They're like the one success story that everyone points to.

Like, yeah, but I know we've had 47 seasons of this and three couples work out, but Tristan Ryan.

Oh gosh, they're great.

But then it was weird recently, there was a confusing set of cryptic posts from Ryan's

Instagram that sent their followers like into a spiral leading many people to

theorize are they splitting up I know or they thought Trista might be in

medical jeopardy eventually Trista might be in medical jeopardy. Eventually Trista posted to calm the fans fears, not explaining everything, which is the worst thing you can do because speculation always makes it worse.

But she said an interesting opportunity for perspective

and personal growth presented itself and with the unconditional

support of my family and friends I chose myself and betterment I don't know what that means she

chose herself yeah and better yeah he's gone she wrote Trista added safe and sound happy healthy in love and grateful but does that mean in love

with Ryan herself herself yeah I don't know like that's equally cryptic I hate cryptic
