Betty Rock survived the show today. She was hit or miss for a hot second there.

Listen, after I ate my breakfast, and it wasn't a heavy breakfast, it was a healthy one.

I mean, I just, I could not stop yawn, and I'm like Gavin during the aftercast.

Like, I just, I had to stand up.

I had to do something because I mean, getting back on the schedule is not for the

Phantom Heart.

Two weeks off and then you have to.

It's rough.

Trudge back in here.

Yeah.

The schedule is kind of brutal.

Like I stayed up late like almost every night because I'm a night person, not a morning person,

and it felt good.

I was like, oh, I'm in a good rhythm here.

This is great.

And then all of a sudden Wednesday night hit, I'm like, oh no, I got to get up tomorrow morning.

I didn't sleep at all last night.

Your body doesn't have to adjust to being a night.

Like you can, I feel like you can just, boom, stay up. Yeah. Waking up, that's not easy. Yeah, I did not sleep well last night. My wife, on the other hand,

slept like a bear. Not a baby, like a bear. Like, she was out, man.
