Welcome to The Wally Show After Gas, all the stuff we didn't get to during the course of the show today.

The show's going to be off. Aftercast be off for a little bit.

I am traveling to Africa with Compassion International, which I'm really excited about.

I'm nervous. If you heard the regular podcast already, then I've got this kidney stone thing going on, which I'm not looking forward to being on the flight. I know when I get there, like, I've been, I've

been in specifically Africa a bunch of times and I've been there and I've been really sick a bunch

of times, but somehow like you kind of rally above it and you're like, okay, I can deal with a little discomfort when you see what people there live like you're like okay it's fine so like well I know when I get there my body will rise it's just being on a plane I'm nervous about and like having it just drill me and have nowhere to go to just deal with it. Right.

And this is a good reminder for when you know these kind of trips are coming up or when

Support Drive is coming up, your kidneys always seem to act up.

They do.

I think it's a stress.

I think it triggers it and makes it worse.

I also want to put out there, I saw recently where someone had commented on our potty group, which you can join when

you text the word potty, P-O-D-D-I-E to 911-9 and join our Facebook potty group. But I typically

on that group, we let you see the behind-the-scenes type stuff or we give away a few things

as prizes. But I usually also let you know when we're not

going to do an aftercast or a podcast and the reasons why. So I was just going to let you know,

I saw someone recently who said, I feel like y'all are always gone. Now, that's fair. That is fair.

However, I would like to point out that most podcasts just do a podcast. They don't do a podcast and an aftercast, and then they don't do it every single day. And they don't do a radio show on top of that. Right. So when someone, whoever higher ups told Wally, hey, you should probably do an aftercast, Wally heard, do one every single day. That's what I expect. You need to do that on top of this, this and this.

And there is no gray.

He just goes all in.

So all that to say, I think we have spoiled you a bit in that you expect to get two a day.

And yeah, it does stand out when we do take a day off or a week off because you don't get
