Welcome to the Wally show aftercast all the stuff we did not get to during the course of the show today

Probably noticed that Betty rock was absent today

She called me this morning because her cat she'd done a post over the weekend that climbers

Was not doing well, and so she called me this morning. She's like, I don't know. I she didn't she had a bad night

I think I'm gonna have to

Take her to the vet and maybe haven't put down and so I'm like well

Can you do that after work and then I'm like? Oh, absolutely take your time

But maybe you won't have to and then she ended up she called me towards the end of the show and she's like

Yeah, we we just took her and and put her down

But she was talking about great the vet was and was really yeah

This was the right time the right decision because he was like 16 years old, you know, and Betty long life

Yeah, Betty handled it like really well like she she's been here before with Gus and stuff

But I mean, it's still a bummer. I mean, so it's sad. I just hope that she'll have the same

Compassion on the day that she has to put me down

I just hope she she cares that much and she struggles with the decision versus just pulling a plug

Yeah, hopefully she takes that time to remember all the good times

Yeah, and then she'll remember the bad times and pull it instantly

So so that's why she wasn't here today, so but she'll be in tomorrow. She said she's she's she's okay

She's gonna be in tomorrow, but this was kind of a crazy story

I remember Amanda Gorman. She was the poet on the inauguration, you know, and she's a wonderful thing to exactly exactly

So I mean people know who she was or is and she said that she because she's a black woman and she said that she was like recently
