| 1:29.8 | or not it should be a legislative matter, a judicial matter, a federal matter, a state matter. |
| 1:34.7 | It's an easy pretext. People just want to get their way. If you're in favor of abortion, |
| 1:41.4 | hey, let's leave it to the Supreme Court because the Supreme Court in Roe versus Wade said there |
| 1:46.2 | is a constitutional right to abortion. If you're opposed to abortion, leave it to the states, |
| 1:51.7 | because 30-something states have or will or may abolish abortion. So let's stop kidding ourselves |
| 1:58.8 | about people caring about the Supreme Court and about legislative action or inaction. |
