The The Ingram Smith, Bud Elliot, back again for another episode of the Nolcast.

We weren't able to get a instant reaction podcast out to you quite as quickly as we had planned so we wanted to go ahead and

circle back and do kind of a blend of our first podcast of the week and a

instant reaction look back.

We won't dedicate a whole lot of time the Syracuse game,

but a couple things that we want to touch on and discuss.

Also want to just have a look as to where Florida State

potentially projects to a bull game and obviously we'll spend some time

dedicated to a look at what sits in front of Florida State this weekend.

Undoubtedly a game that will have a lot of conversation.

Anywhere that you look, it is kind of the last peak weekend

of attention for the 2016 season.

So Bud, with that, we'll turn our thoughts and attention to month Bonnishort real quickly and do want to acknowledge the passing of someone that love Florida State athletics at a level that is hard to find anybody else that you'd really compare with.

Yeah, I mean a Florida State Hall of Famer and a guy who that was his life.

Monk had been battling brain cancer as I think most listeners to the

podcast know Florida State honored him on the field during the Clemson game

and he passed Saturday evening

You know met had numerous conversations with with monk over the years and and you said it it was his passion that always shown through

about Florida State and just in talks to people within the within the athletic department I think when the thing that really showed the depth of how much he cared, it's how people at soccer,

we'll talk about monk and how people involved in other sports will talk about how passionate he was for those sports too. He wasn't just a football guy.

He just loved Florida State.

And if he could help you, he was always seeing a new willing to do so so and I like that Monk was was kind of a throwback.
