finished cleaning up three poopy diapers. It's been an explosive start to this Monday morning.

And I'm not going to lie, this past week was a bit rough for me. Coming back from my Vegas trip,

if you follow along on Instagram, you could

probably tell I was really spread thin. I had burnout and then I actually got sick. I couldn't tell

if it was anxiety sickness, if it was just like the flu. Also, my husband and I had sushi

last on Friday as like a little day date and yeah I just I think

I hit the wall so not a great weekend to not be feeling like I'm on my game for Father's Day

we had a great time you know it's interesting now I've got to celebrate my husband and my dad and still navigating that.

I got my husband a trip to, you know, he really could use a break. He has been dadding hard.

So I bought him a flight to Anaheim to go see a Dodgers game with his buddies for 24 hours.

You know, I was in Vegas for two nights, which was a lot on him. So I think we're

finally put back together here, over here. But I went on Dave Neal's podcast. If you listened,

my voice was really tired. That was my last night in Vegas. Apologies. Drink every time I said

like. But we did have a nice chat and some deep conversation. I also went on

cheese while batch and I slipped into their Patreon. Whoops. What happens in Vegas? Doesn't always stay in

Vegas. But, you know, we met Jacks Taylor and Tom Schwartz. We just did it up. So, but, you know,

with postpartum, it really hit me hard coming back and just throwing

myself back into that and on dave's podcast i mentioned how uh lately or recently i thought about

giving up on my podcast and i just wanted to read a nice message from mandy i woke up to this morning

and it says Courtney i'm listening to you and Dave

and literally gasp when you mentioned you had considered quitting your podcast. For the love of all
