0:08.2	Wow, let's just breathe it in and sigh it out. What a week it's been. There's been a lot of chaos in the
0:15.5	headlines and chaos at home with three kids. Let's just say that the coffee has been on a slow drip for me.
0:23.1	And I've been really focusing on protecting my energy and being mindful about what I'm consuming,
0:29.2	especially on social media.
0:31.6	And today's episode feels a bit full circle with everything that's been going on.

0:38.7	Bachelorette, Taylor, Frankie, Paul. It's a big deal for ABC. They're mixing it up. The show everybody
0:45.1	has been saying has been on life support. I'm embarrassed to say that I never watched the secret
0:50.3	lives of Mormon wives, but I did just watch the first three episodes. I'm going to
0:54.9	play a couple clips of that if you're like me and you didn't know who she was. So I'm wrapping my
1:00.5	brain around that. I've got thoughts on Mel Owens' first public apology. I didn't think it was
1:07.2	exactly that golden. We're also going to touch on the heartbreaking viral shooting.
1:14.4	I was in a group of people the other day and somebody tried to get me to watch it and I'm a highly
1:20.2	sensitive person. So that kind of goes back to my good friend, Dave Neal, a podcast host. and I'm going to play a clip from him that really hit
1:29.1	home for me. It's really well said and positive, important perspective to hear. And then we'll
1:34.8	lighten things up with a little chat about the summer I turned pretty, belly in Paris.
1:40.8	And of course, I'm going to share some updates on family life and what's been happening
