Almost in the books, I hope you're going to finish strong, I hope you've made some progress.

I hope you're not just counting it down today to quit in time.

If you are, I don't say that to put any guilt on you, but I want to challenge you to keep leaning

into these conversations maybe today or maybe Monday or next week or the week after that is the

time that you call in and say, hey Ken, I need some clarity, I'm stuck or I'm confused, I'm scared,

I've got some options in front of me, don't know which way to go.

breakthrough.

I want you to know what the signs are because I think that these signs sometimes all seem

a little shocking that a breakthrough might be around the corner because it's

genuinely a breakthrough comes in the midst of hardship and a lot of negative stuff.

And I want to encourage you and shine the light on some situations you might be in right now

and you're down about it, but I'm going to suggest and show you that you should be

hopeful about it.
