I remember when he showed up, and he was speaking your language right away.

Well, because one of the things that you always say, and what you always do, and people

notice, is you bring something different out of people.

Sometimes people go out of pilot, but you bring them out of it, right?

He showed up ready to be on a different plane, but I remember he went right up to you, and

he's just like, hey, you know, I've done these interviews so many times.

I want to do something different, and you're like, well, you came to the right place.

And you guys went somewhere different, and he, you could see how appreciative he was, even

during the interview, he kept stopping and being like, oh.
