Today as more states legalize recreational marijuana

it's easy to forget that pot is still illegal according to the federal

government. That conflict with states being allowed to ignore federal law, at least when it comes to

some things, maybe not others, that's the subject of our cover story this week. According to polls, most Americans support legal marijuana.

And that's reflected in a growing number of states that have legalized marijuana.

I think New Mexico, Virginia, South Dakota, those are some of the latest states to pass laws

that will allow pot to be sold. Sunday's cover story on full measure,

Pot is illegal at the national level,

but the feds don't enforce the laws basically in
