0:49.4	A really interesting story coming up on my TV show Full Measure this week.
1:03.1	It has to do with a lawsuit filed over the city of Baltimore's horribly failing public schools.
1:09.3	Unfortunately, like many big cities where tons of taxpayer money is going to public schools,
1:15.1	the Baltimore schools are by all accounts failing children and parents and have been for
1:20.1	many years.
1:21.1	For some, the last straw was a story broken at the Baltimore affiliate Fox 45 owned by
1:27.8	the same company that runs full measures and Claire, an investigative reporter Chris
1:32.4	Papsd.
1:33.9	The story is now, I guess, known as the Grade Changing Scandal, and after Chris reported
1:40.1	on this, an inspector general investigated and found that Baltimore teachers changed
1:46.2	thousands of failing grades to passing between 2016 and 2020.
