I'm looking for something that's a little bit funny, something that we can chuckle about to forget the nastiness of all of this.

And the fact my hair is out of control, I think, is going to be that thing.

I think that what we'll do is we'll start, and I'll start taking suggestions as to how I

can start preparing it because it is getting so long.

We've got a very interesting conversation ahead of us tonight with Annie Mattingly.

She's written a book about after-death communication. In fact, the book is called The After-Death Chronicles,

True Stories of Comfort, Guidance, and Wisdom from Beyond the Vale. And we're going to talk to her about

after-death communication, particularly with our loved ones that we've lost, because it's not only common, but it's of vital importance.

So we'll look at that and we'll look at ways that we can encourage, we can recognize,

and we can support it.

And we'll also address any fears that people may have and how to protect ourselves from what might be considered a frightening contact from the other side.
