Hello everyone and welcome to the film cast. This is a bonus episode we do every year as a follow-up to our top 10 movies of 2025 episode. In this episode, we're going to talk about the special categories, things like our biggest disappointments, movies we didn't get, a favorite piece of non-movie entertainment and so forth, a bunch of special categories we're going to have for you and it's going to be a lot of fun. We're also going to look forward to the films of 2026, make some predictions, share some thoughts. So it's going to be a lot of fun. Thank you for joining us. I'm David Chen again here with Divinger Hardwar and Jeff Kanata. So, guys, we just recorded our top 10 episodes of 2025. But let's take some time to talk about all the movies that didn't make our list. We have some honorable mentions. Okay. So let's take turns. Jeff Kanata, let's start with you. Let's go with you. Like, what are, you said you had 17 movies that you whittled down to 10. That's right.

Two of them I mentioned in the context of our top tens because I had BlackBag and

companion both vying for places on my list.

So we can dispense with those because those were on Dave's list.

I think BlackBag was also on DaVinders list.

But both of those,

I almost, you know what, when you're like, a movie almost makes your list and then one of the other hosts says it on theirs, you're like, oh, it hurts my heart because I also felt that, but it just didn't quite make it. Anyway. Really? It hurts your heart? Because for me, I'd be like, oh, I'm relieved that it got highlighted somehow in the episode.

Honestly, if it was 16.9, it would have been my top 10, which is a stupid thing to say I recognize.
