Yeah, absolutely.

This is crazy.

So I was raised in the church, and anytime tithing or fasting or sin gets mentioned, everybody

like bolts.

Like nobody wants to hear about those three things.

Don't touch my stomach. Don't touch my food. Don't touch my my appetites. Basically right. And we're

all wired that way. And so I did little fastings, you know, when I was young. And oh, they,

they did not go well, Don. I always say, like, I'm an ugly fast.

You know how people say that, but they ugly cry?

I ugly fast.

Like, I, it probably didn't help that in my youth all the way through high school,

college, 20s, 30s, I had a massive diet Coke addiction.
