When did you realize that the things that we were told in school and by our parents and, you know, general understanding wasn't exactly the way reality actually

worked. Like, was there one thing or was it kind of a slow awakening? How did that really come about?

Well, in my case, I was not able to have a normal childhood.

A lot of growing up, my, I was back, oh, what, 92, dad got big into Ross Perrault, you know,

he was running third party candidate in the U.S.

And it sent dad down all sorts of rabbit holes.

He started doing the same procedure that most of us have, which is get a hold of

every single thing you can get your hands on and read it.

Of course, before the internet, that evolved, well, many bookcases.

So I wasn't conventionally taught necessarily. Like I'd read Bill Cooper

on the weekends and he had T. Townsend Brown's book, you know, Sea of Energy in which we float.

So there was a lot of stuff that had been rattling around in there, but it was fragmented.

Like somebody handed me the jigsaw puzzle in the box, shook it up and said, here you go.

I had the pieces, but I didn't have the picture.

As life went on, it turned into religion, very, very fundamentalist Christian upbringing,

read the Bible, front to back, knew a lot of the Hebrew, how that is actually a fascinating language.

And a lot of this stuff just didn't fit together.

And it actually took me going through kind of my prodigal years.

And not as in child prodigy, but more like prodigal son from the Bible,

of I just threw everything out.
