You touched on something we were talking about, and I'd love to go back into this, is the manifestation aspect of things, because it's something I'm still kind of fiddling around with and trying to figure out how it all works.

And like, I guess my question is, do you think our thoughts and emotional frequency contribute to our reality and our ability to manifest that reality?

100%. Yes, yes.

The alignment of, you know, the main three, the thoughts, the divine mind, the feelings, the higher heart, and the action and will to action of the soul.

So, solar plexus, heart, third eye, correct.

Just when you focus on maintaining

integrity of alignment, I'm thinking something, I'm feeling something, I'm doing something.

And when I find that I'm just going by the energy and not thinking, oh my gosh, well,

that's really stupid.

Why would you do that?

Isn't that just a waste of money?

I'm like, no, I learned something from it.

It's fine.

Money comes and goes.

When you hold on to something, that's when you're blocking your blessings.

Because, you know, you have to release and allow space for the universe

source creator God to you know allow things to flow into your life but I think that was the

only time I did something very intentional for manifestation I mean I'd like to manifest a lot of

things but I'm of the thought that, you know, pick one
