And what we're going to get into today is the subject of pivoting.

Pivoting.

And the political sense.

Pivoting.

And what President Joe Biden is doing on the pivot front.

I'm going to talk about a very specific subject that is the border.

But it's actually part of a larger pivot operation that the president has apparently started.

And the question is can he pull it off?

And so let's let's talk about immigration today.

But more than two years ago when he was the president elect, it was during the transition.

Joe Biden mused on what might happen if he messed up.

He mishandled immigration policy.

And I remember he had run for president promising to get rid of all these terrible cruel restrictive Donald Trump immigration policies.

And he was going to open things up.

And he was afraid people might get the wrong idea.

And they might rush to the United States border thinking that if they crossed illegally into the United States, they would be allowed to stay.

Whatever would.

Whatever would make them think that.

So he was he was saying, you know, if we if we get it wrong, if we open things up too quickly, we could quote end up with two million people on our border.
