0:06.1	So Persons is a railroad town and it really began its roots with the MKT Railroad. That's the
0:14.9	Katie Railroad. Back in 1926, the railroad started with 150 charter members, the Katie Golf Association.
0:26.4	And they built a golf course, only 48 acres.
0:30.4	So it's pretty compact.
0:32.2	The key point there is we're 95 years old.
0:35.9	You know, it stood the test of time originally with Katie employees,
