I wanted to hear the jingle there anyway

I did another home improvement project this weekend this time was a basement sink. And I just wanted to mention, I live in the Midwest, in the Kansas City area, and they issued a warning

to low-flying aircraft.

There was a large cloud of profanity hanging above the city

from when I was putting in the sink this weekend. I put in a sink this weekend and

the cabinet and every time I turned the water on there was another leak.

Ugh!

And I was counting this morning in our little house,

which indeed is a fixer-upper, we have done 21 or 24 home improvement projects in the last year.

So, this is how much you happen when you buy an existing home and you want to, you know, at the time we bought it for listing,

we didn't have to pay over because it was such a fixture upper.

And it is a money bit to some degree, but you know I get a good deal of satisfaction from

home improvement projects. Anyway, welcome to the show.
