Dr. Phil sits down with residents from Gilbert, Arizona where an affluent gang of teens known as the "Gilbert Goons" have been terrorizing the town. What confuses so many is that the teens come from affluence, yet they resort to selling drugs, guns, and beating random teens on the street. Their violent actions went unchecked until the authorities say the "goons" fatally beat a 16-year-old at a Halloween party. Now the community has galvanized to call out the authorities who did nothing to stop the teen violence. Katey is a mother of four and a resident of Gilbert who did her own investigation into the "goons" reign of terror. She says the city turned a blind eye because these are kids from privileged backgrounds. Rick sent his son to Europe for his safety after his son was brutally beaten by the "Goons."
