1:51.1 | that in the past that cause you to lose hope for your future because you may have experienced a great deal of pain or sadness and you just don't know how your life will change and get better. |

2:10.1 | seem to pull yourself out. You also have a lot of fear and anxiety about the future. |
2:19.2 | And so you can't imagine enduring much more. |
2:27.0 | And so your mind can get stuck in this cycle of rumination where you run the same negative depressive thoughts |
2:40.0 | through your mind again not able to break this cycle. And so when you repeat an affirmation, as well as do other meditation techniques, you know, there's not just one thing that can break such a cycle of depression. |
3:05.0 | It is a combination of different lifestyle patterns and techniques. |

3:19.4 | ruminating thoughts. |
