We did it, guys. NFL season kicks off today. This is the last of our eight division previews. And to celebrate that with me, I am very excited to welcome all pro-offensive tackle. And my good friend, Mitchell Schwartz. Mitch, how are you doing, buddy? I'm doing good, just as excited as you are. You know, opening night of NFL season. Always a good day. It's obviously a little different for me right now than normal, a little bit less stressful, but excited to watch some good football. For people who do not know, we wanted to include you in this. We're doing the AFC West today, a division that you obviously know very well

based on your time and your career. We wanted to include you in the divisional previews because

you are going to be on the show. Every single Wednesday during the season, I am incredibly

excited that we got to make this happen. Yeah, I'm looking forward to it as much as you are. You know,

it's something that we always talk football anyway, so I get to do our normal thing, have people listen to us. It's going to be a lot of fun. And, you know, I usually have to talk to other players. And there's a certain level of discourse that you can get away with. And, you know, it helps to have some outside voices so i'm looking forward to it let's

dig into the a fc west obviously division you know extremely well he spent five years playing in this

division and you spent five years playing for the first team that we're going to talk about we're

going to kick it off with the chiefs i don't think we have to spend a lot of time talking about

like travis kelsey and patrick mahomes and the people that make this team great.

I want to hear from you.

What is the one thing you feel like people don't appreciate enough about Patrick and

Travis Kelsey from the outside looking at?

Yeah, it's really, it's the fact that they see the game the same way and they're just like

on this other level of, you know know kind of that 4d chess type

of thing that you know trav just does his own thing he doesn't necessarily run the route that's on

the paper you know he kind of feels things out and obviously gets open at an insane rate and the best in

NFL history at his position so he knows what he's doing but it can be a little unorthodox it can be

crazy and you know because of that he's not always going into the exact what he's doing, but it can be a little unorthodox. It can be crazy.

And, you know, because of that, he's not always going into the exact area he's supposed to. But he and Pat, like, see the same thing. They feel the same thing. And, you know, if there's a void in the defense, Trail will just kind of continue on in one direction where he's not supposed to be. and, you know, Pat will, like, throw in that direction before Travis even made the break.
