I am not Josh Norris. My name is Raymond Summerlin. I'm filling in for Josh this week and I have with me one of my Rototo World compatriots. You know him as Roto Pat. I just call him

I'm good. Just had a really spicy lunch and drink like a gallon of water, which I've been told is the best way to prepare for a podcast. So really looking forward to that.

If you'd have finished it with a nice glass of milk it would have been even better.

Yes, I'm just trying to have as much liquid as possible so you know I've heard that if you really have to go to the bathroom

and get you like at the top of your podcasting game so., Pat and I are going to preview training camp, specifically the AFC training camp and what we're looking

for from a fantasy perspective, some of the most interesting storylines that we're looking for.

But before we do that, we're going to do what I guess we do best and talk about some news.

This is really a slow time and news.

Thankfully for the two of us, this is a slow time and news.

And it has been this year.

But there's still were some interesting stories over the last week.

Maybe most notably has been Carlos Williams' stomach.

He reported to Minnie Camp, reportedly 20 to 25 pounds overweight.

Weight he gained, I believe he thinks it was sympathy weight that he was gaining with his previously pregnant wife.

I believe they've had their child now, so Miles to talk to them.

But the Buffalo News believes that he's going to open training camp on the sidelines doing conditioning drills.

They do not think he will be able to get into the requisite shape and ready for, to be ready for training camp.
