And speaking of the ups and downs, boys, before we get to any of that, I want to talk about the Rushie Rice news because I think we're in a down valley right now with rushy rice so So not only did he violate his parole, but it came out later in the afternoon. Apparently he had a procedure right on the knee. And now because he's going to have to go to jail for 30 days, he can't rehab the knee. Gentlemen, I'm going to open the floor to you, Andrew Erickson, your Smirkyky Smirkerson today. Smirky Erickson there.

So let's talk about Rushy Rice here.

I know this is a player that I have had massive concerns about.

It seems like a guy that just doesn't get it.

And a player that I was fading.

And one of the reasons, too, why I also think the Chiefs are in kind of a retool,

rebuild mode.

And I don't think wide receiver is set for them in the

future. Talk to me about Rushie Rice and his latest incident. Let's just call it that.

Why can't he rehab in the prison cell? What's wrong with him doing his leg exercises? Look,

because everybody in prison is named Doc, but not for the right reasons.

I don't think the correctional system truly has elite medical care.

I'm stepping out on a limb here, but I just spent a couple times six to eight months in a correctional facility.

Well, Rice was going to have to serve this, story for a different day. This 30 day suspension at, or this 30 day jail time at some point. So this isn't new. It's not like, oh, he got caught for the marijuana and now he has to serve 30 days. That was something that we already knew. It's now just, okay, well, you have to serve it now. Basically is what the jurisdiction is kind of explaining here. and Drew Davenport on X did a great job. He's kind of like the fantasy football lawyer attorney where he kind of breaks down a lot of these legal cases. So I would suggest you go check that out on X as well. But like the TLDR version of that is the 30-day thing is not new. So I think he's going to serve as 30 days. He's going to miss OTAs. He wouldn't be participating anyway because of this knee scope. So I think he's going to service 30 days, he's going to miss OTAs. He wouldn't be

And I think they're more than happy to let him walk because to your point, Joe, clearly a guy doesn't get it.
