and accessible way. This week, I'm joined by spiritual teacher and author Daniel Joseph to talk

about Christian occultism. Daniel is the author of swimming with the

whale and diving with the whale, and he is a student of Doskaloses, a Cypriot spiritual teacher

who lived until 1995. I think that this episode is actually really vital, and I'm very excited

to put it out,

not the least of which because Daniel has taught me so much about spiritual practice and

spiritual thought, spiritual engagement.

And that all comes through the stream of Doskalos' teachings.

Now you're going to hear a lot about Daskalos and the group that carries out his work,

Researchers of Truth, through this episode.

So I'm not going to talk about him too much.

I'm not going to give too much of an introduction.

We talk about a whole lot of things, meditation, the sort of urgent task of

contemplation, meditation, practice, and just study, really, of these spiritual principles.

And I try to make sure that we keep it in a really sort of grounded way that people can understand and listen to and, you know, accept or reject out of their own freedom.

But I'm very happy to present this episode to you because I think it's really needed.

And I haven't really done one that is directly about esoteric Christianity yet.
