AEW Worlds End was the culmination of a year long storyline between Adam Cole, and MJF, and who was under the "Devil" mask. Adam Cole revealed himself to be the Devil, after Samoa Joe defeats MJF to become the new AEW World Champion. Also, Adam Copeland wins the TNT Championship from Christian Cage, only to lose it back seconds later in a shocking turn of events. And, Eddie Kingston becomes the first AEW Triple Crown Winner, as he wins the AEW Continental Championship.
