Summary

Solomonster reviews AEW Revolution 2022 from Orlando, top to bottom one of AEW's greatest shows, with a violent and bloody Dog Collar Match, Wardlow walking out on MJF, William Regal's addition to the Bryan Danielson/Jon Moxley story, Shane Strickland signing his AEW contract and STING doing balcony dives!  I also went a perfect 12-0 in my predictions, which makes you a very smart person for listening to this podcast.  Get an extra THREE MONTHS FREE with EXPRESSVPN when you visit EXPRESSVPN.COM/SOLOMONSTER and support the Sound Off!

This is your AEW Revolution 2022 review. I am the Salomonster. It is officially Monday

0:06.4

morning. I hope you guys are doing well. That was a hell of a paper view. From top to

0:11.6

bottom, one of the best AEW paper views that the company has ever produced. It was

0:16.8

a tremendous show from top to bottom. Coming into the show tonight on paper, it looked

0:20.9

like a very strong show. All of the key matches that you would expect to deliver delivered

0:26.3

in a big way. The recurring theme of a lot of these AEW paper views does tend to be

0:33.0

that they are very long. As evidenced by how late we are coming on the air here tonight,

0:38.8

they only do four paper views a year. So they try to cram and squeeze as much into them

0:43.6

as they possibly can. But I think you noticed it in some of the later matches on the show

0:48.7

where the crowd was was clearly tiring out a little bit before they rose back up for

0:54.7

the main event. So it was a very long show. And I think it would have been better if

1:00.3

it were to cut. You could probably find a couple of matches you could have cut from

1:03.0

the show. The Jade Cargill match didn't need to be on the show. The Six Man Tag Tour

1:08.1

and NATO match. You could have had that as a television main event. But top to bottom,

1:13.7

an excellent show, Hanman Page still. The AEW world champion retaining in the main

1:19.9

event over Adam Cole. Sting, what can I say about this guy? He is an absolute madman.

1:26.6

You know, Sting, for those who don't know, Sting is going to be 50, let's see, not 50,

1:33.2

63, I believe, 62 now. Sting turns 63 in two weeks. I think his birthday is actually a

1:41.2

few days before the undertaker. Funny enough, almost 63 years old. And this man is doing

1:47.9

a balcony dive out of his mind, out of his mind. Nobody can say this guy isn't trying

1:54.5

to earn his paycheck. So Sting is an absolute madman. We know Darby is the match I was

2:01.4

most looking forward to on this show. One of the matches was Brian Danielson against
