1:01.2	And the suit alleges, quote, various degrees of negligence by AEW and Moxley alongside civil assault and battery against Moxley,
1:09.2	sending from an incident that happened during Moxley's cage match against Keny Omega on May 10th, 2023,
1:15.8	when Mox outside the cage walked up to dispensa, took a screwdriver from him, and then shoved him to the ground.
