An hour later than usual, as AEW did a three-hour block tonight, which is, quite honestly,

in-ring wrestling heavy. Very in-ring wrestling heavy. You're going to hear us say, oh, a lot of, a lot of very good matches with

some predictable results, but that's the nature of these three-hour shows. We've got Alex

Palowski here. Alex, how you doing? Good. On a personal feeling very good because I've been walking a lot more lately. I'm like that feel really good. I'm down almost 50 pounds.

Let's go. Since February. So I'm feeling much, much healthier. Hopefully my blood pressure was also going down, you know.

I'm used to being the guy who yells a lot and trying to be less of that person.

I love it. I'm down 20 since December myself.

So I'm loving hearing this, my friend. But hell yeah.

Well, we're going to, I mean, kick off this show on a bit of a somber note, which I do feel like is the probably the key talking point of the show.

And it's the unfortunate loss of Ted Turner, who his influence of which we spoke about

today on The Hump along with Connor Casey is still felt today. And I can tell you today when I got

the news that I will also cover later on about Malachi Black, I was told it was kind of a somber feeling among many at the top of A.A.W.

As well as those that are close in the WBD relationship, because obviously Ted Turner had long been sort of the patriarch of wrestling on TBS, TNT, and honestly helped set the mold as a real possibility.

Ted Turner was a guy who set a mold for R.O.H. under Sinclair as well, where it was like,

well, this company will be around and we'll put it on whatever channel that we want because

the people owning it want to do that.
