This is your AEW Full Gear 2020 review. I am the Sala Monster at late Saturday night, almost midnight here, almost Sunday morning. Thank you for choosing me for your full gear coverage here tonight. You know, this was on paper the biggest card. I think that AEW was ever put together. You really look at the matches. Top to bottom, this is a very impressive card on paper. And the only question was, were they going to be able to deliver. I thought

it was one of the best AEW shows of the entire year. That doesn't just go for the

pandemic shows that goes for any show they've done all year in 2020.

I think they needed a nice rebound coming off that all-out show,

which I really, you know, wasn't a bad show,

but it definitely was not among the best AW shows back in in September and this was a huge bounce back for

them tonight just an excellent night of wrestling.

The I quit match was pretty much as brutal as you would have expected that match to be given the stipulation.

Hangman and Omega, they had an excellent match to close out the eliminator tournament

that's been taking place over the last several weeks.

The TNT title match, AW tag team title matches. I thought they both delivered.

If you like the Broken Universe stuff with Matt Hardy, then you probably very much enjoyed the elite deletion match tonight. If you are

tired of it, if you are not a fan of it, you probably didn't like it. I didn't mind it

although I think I, I think after tonight I kind of have cinematic fatigue let that be the last one we see for a while

But I thought it was a good closing chapter though to the whole rivalry between those two.

Matt Hardy and Sammy Gavar, they've been feuding now for a number of months.

Jericho and MJF, so much to get into.

So much to get into tonight, but this was a thumbs way up show.

They had about a thousand fans in the building tonight. That is the biggest

audience that they have had since the start of the pandemic shows back in the

middle of March. They've I think hovered mostly around 500, maybe a little over 500 now.
