Summary
AEW Dynamite tonight is built around a huge rematch as Kenny Omega faces Swerve Strickland for the second time this year. Swerve puts his AEW World Championship #1 contender spot on the line, while Kenny Omega puts his EVP status, power, and privileges at risk in one of the biggest matches on Dynamite in weeks.
The card also features Thekla defending the AEW Women’s World Championship against Mina Shirakawa, who is coming off momentum from last week. AEW World Champion MJF returns to Dynamite for the first time since defeating Hangman Adam Page at Revolution, while Darby Allin faces RUSH after last week’s Coffin Match win.
