This is your AEW dynamite review for Wednesday, December 9th, 2020, I am the Sala Monster.

This has been a very newsworthy week for AEW, one of the more newsworthy weeks I think all year long for the company coming off last night's impact wrestling show tonight's a w dynamite

I am going to get into impact. I did not watch all of Impact. But we are going to talk about impact in a little bit here. We'll start out with that, the AEW stuff and then get into tonight's show. This was a loaded show on paper. I mean, look at what they promised us tonight. The big follow-up would sting. Sting would speak. Right, last week, Sting stung, whatever you want to call it. This week we were going to hear his first words on TV.

They've started promoting a Shaquille O'Neill appearance midweek out of nowhere.

I figured because this week's show was taped so I figured it would be

something they would insert. He wouldn't actually be in the ring or anything like that and he wasn't.

And actually that turned out to be one of the more underwhelming parts of tonight's show.

A show that overall I thought was very good, very busy.

There's a lot going on and that's a good thing. They have a lot of different things going on. I think if you're not

interested in one thing you might be interested in a different part of the show. It's nice to have some variety,

but it just feels like right now there's just a lot to sink your teeth into on the show.

There were parts that I thought were a little underwhelming and we'll talk about that

in the main event as well.

I didn't think it was a bad match just very overbooked

there at the end of the show the dynamite diamond ring stuff. The big question is

and we'll find out our answer tomorrow. Did this show crackack the Million Mark?

It's very difficult for dynamite to get to a million live viewers when they're opposed by

NXT. They've done it a few times before, unopposed. I don't believe they've ever cracked the million

mark head-to-head with an X-T. A lot of people seem very convinced that this would

be the week they would do it. I think I said last week I didn't think they would do it.

I'm going to stick to that. We'll know in less than 24 hours. What do you guys? Do you think this
