It was 40 degrees outside in Florida. That is winter. For Florida, that's practically below freezing.

This is your AEW Dynamite review for December 2nd, 2020.

I am the Solomancer first dynamite recap for the month of December.

And it's a big one. Winter is coming was the big tagline for tonight's

show. They built the whole promotion for tonight's episode around the theme

that this would be the biggest episode of dynamite in the history of the company biggest main event in dynamite history

But as it turns out winter is coming was not just a

Tagline should have seen it coming man I should have said the whole just a tagline.

Should have seen it coming, man. I should have, the whole winter is coming thing.

Now that I look back at it, it was tailor-made for a debut.

I don't know why I didn't see it. It seems so obvious now. We had a huge

debut on tonight's show. We had a legend make his first appearance in an A. W. Ring, a legend who last appeared on TNT 19 years ago.

Showing up tonight on dynamite, he has signed a multi-year deal with AEW. The rumors were true.

Sting made his AEW debut tonight on dynamite. In the flesh, he was walking out to the ring. Sting has come to

a-e-W and you know it can't be a coincidence that the one match that Sting has always wanted more than anything,

any other opponent more than anything in the world.

He says that in interview after interview he wants to wrestle the undertaker.

And part of me feels it's not a coincidence that two weeks or less than two weeks

after the undertaker finally calls it quits, shows up at Survivor Series, he retires,

for now, hangs it up, that all of a sudden sting shows up in another promotion.
