A.W. Dynamite tonight was an interesting show. There was actually quite a bit going on,

and we now know how they intend to decide on MJF's Challenger for Revolution.

Now, A.W. does not have any pay-per-views until March 15th, so we have a waste to go.

But they are essentially doing a small tournament to decide on who the revolution

opponent is going to be.

And it all kicked off tonight in the main event because we had a main event of Swerve Strickland,

one-on-one with Andrade L. Idolo, in what ended up being Andrade's biggest win in his entire AEW career.

We had an excellent main event between these two men with a finish that surprised me a little bit.

It surprised me a little bit.

I say only a little bit because, if you think about it,

the winner of this match, we were told,

is going to be wrestling Kenny Omega in Las Vegas next week on Dynamite.

And obviously, there are unresolved issues between Kenny Omega and Andrade because of what happened with the whole contract situation.

Kenny Omega was laid out by Andrade months ago, and then nothing ever came of it.

It was never spoken of again.

It's kind of a big loose end that really needed to be tied up. And I thought maybe they would use this as an opportunity to tie up that loose end. But I couldn't be sure, because it is swerve

and generally he's pretty well protected. I was very happy to see Andrade get the win tonight.

I think that was the right call.

We now know that it's going to be Kenny Omega and Andrade next week on Dynamite.

The winner of that match is going to go on to wrestle Hangman Adam Page next month,

and the winner of that match will then take on MJF.

And there is a certain name that you may notice is missing from this conversation,
