Hey Jessica, we are back from Japan. How do you feel?

I feel amazing and tired at the same time.

I think this, like any experience like this that really pushes you so far out of your like normal boundaries.

Sure, it's exhausting, but to have like such extreme emotions coexisting at the same time.

Yeah.

You never experienced feeling like this otherwise.

It's true.

I mean I had a crazy 34 hour journey on my way back from Tokyo and... But didn't you know what it didn't matter because I was sitting in the Istanbul airport doing work at 4 in the morning and I was so happy I was so happy because we finally got a chance to meet our listeners in Japan and have a real connection with them as we say

Kizuna in Japanese which means connection. It just was so cool so today we're on the show to talk about this event and we have a few things that our listeners can learn from our students in Japan and what they did that weekend, right Jessica?
