So I don't know, we were talking, it's funny, you asked me a question about yoga the other day and I'm going to ask you a question because you, I know you've done hot yoga and I'm always curious I don't know if I can try it so I have a couple questions

Okay, well first I mean how do you feel at the end of a hot yoga session?

Like do you feel terrible?

No, I feel good if as long as I'm in shape like if it's like if I haven't done it in a

long time and I do it again I might might feel really depleted, but as long as I've been drinking water beforehand,

I feel good, I feel grounded, I feel very sweaty first of all.

And I have to take a shower right away because you sweat through everything.
