How you did? I'm stoked. I'm so excited for 2018. I already did my first new thing

this year. I went to I went to like a weightlifting class at a jugitsu gym yesterday very cool they say it's

really good to weight lift especially for women in their 30s yeah so good that's such a

good idea. Yeah.

Cool. I'm like, I really, I want, like I go to the gym, I already exercise, but I was kind of getting bored with my routine, you know?

And so I want to like change it up and just get super strong this year.

Awesome, I love that. I love that. Well, I mean here we are. We're diving into 2018.

We've had New Year's. I just got back from a week in San Francisco where I drank a lot of wine and

ate a lot of food and got a lot of sunshine so I'm feeling fresh and

ready for the new year.
