Hi, I'm good, Lindsay. How are you? I'm pretty good and

Michelle I want to go into something a little bit different today so we talk a lot about

optimism and being happy in life and we're generally pretty optimistic people

but it's been a tough season here in the US.

The last few months have been some really kind of bad things have happened around this country

and you know especially in the area

of guns and violence yeah yeah it's just crazy and I thought it would be really

interesting for our listeners to go into something a little bit different today because hey

it's not all all what's that expression they say it's not all sunshine and roses is that the

expression I mean yeah yeah I mean the unicorns and rainbows and yeah rainbows I mean, there are a unicorn, and rainbows.

I mean, there are real realities out there

and we can't ignore them.

And I think it's important to get it out.

So I was really disturbed by what happened
