Good. I'm feeling refreshed because I took a nice little vacation this week and got away to a place called Block Island, which is off the coast of Rhode Island and I just enjoyed myself it was great.

Oh that's awesome so you got a chance to relax that's always good.

I know we have to be careful about burnout we gotta got to have fun. We got to go explore, be adventurous, and get in touch with the inner child.

Yes, well the inner child, so good. I'm good. I'm glad you had fun.

It was so fun. We did some biking around the island and we found some amazing coastline where it's just super, you know, rocky and jagged coastline. It's just gorgeous, gorgeous landscapes.

Wow, that's really nice.

Now I want to go.

I know, you should go.

It's called Block Island and it's a very low key place, you know, I don't really like places that are crazy, like I hate Vegas,

you know, the worst vacation in my mind is Las Vegas, right?

So this place, Block Island, is like the opposite of Las Vegas, you know.
