Linsie, do you ever have to make an excuse for something that you can't do maybe you can't go somewhere you can't

attend an event are you comfortable saying you can't do something yeah I mean just

last night I had to cancel on my meditation group because I'm a little

sick actually I have a little bit of a cold and I didn't want to be in that small

group in someone's home coughing and then people look at you like why did you come?

Yeah yeah that was really smart. I yeah I felt a little bit awkward there but it's kind of common for people to cancel in that group actually it kind of depends on the context like how

comment is it for people to bow out of things so yeah that's a good one but

generally in life I want to show up you know so if I can't go somewhere do something yeah

there's a little discomfort letting people down you know yeah definitely

well today we are actually going to talk about a way to say something must happen, right? So even if you have an excuse, whatever it is, something must happen.
