couldn't understand in audio. We get these a lot, right, Lindsay, we'll get an

email that gives us a time stamp and it's like, at this time I couldn't understand what was being said and we often will respond we're going to share the answer for one of these today and some three tips ways that transcripts can save you from having to do this right you can find the

answers to those because this happens this happens to me too when I'm listening to

podcasts there's cross talk the audio cuts out for a second. I'm like, where's the transcript? I need to know what was said
