I know. We try to put a few videos a week on YouTube so guys don't miss it. Michelle, what are we

getting into today? What's the topic for the day? Okay, well, this is going to be good. So, Lindsay,

does it bother you? Are you one of those people that gets bothered when there's no true explanation

for something when something isn't logical? Definitely, yeah. Because I'm already confused,

I think I shared on another podcast. I'm already confused like 75% of the time about everything.

I just find things confusing. So when it's really confusing and there's no logic, it definitely

bothers me. What about you? Yeah, I think we all, like I think it's frustrating when there's no

like good explanation for something, especially you know what when there's like some sort of random

rule and it doesn't make any sense and like it's frustrated. Oh, yeah. And I know people in the

workplace really don't like this. So if you have a company and you're going to set rules,

there has to be a reason for them. You have to be able to justify that to your team or your employees.

Otherwise, it just feels kind of meaningless. And I think the days of meaningless rules at work
