Hey there Jessica how you doing I'm doing well I did a little camping over the weekend

hiking backpacking it was pretty intense but I'm recovering.

Yeah, but I would say the nice thing about doing that even if it's a crazy challenge,

you put your 10 on your bag, you hike you hike up you know six miles straight up for

hours the good thing is that you're kind of away from the internet because of course

there was no connection up there and you, we're at 12,000 feet, so you're not getting any internet up there and it was a nice break.
