Lindsey, do you often talk to yourself?

Oh my gosh, I have such a voice in my head head it's like a little parrot on my shoulder

criticizing me all the time. That was my next question is it more critical or more

supportive? Well this is something of, of course, over the year,

it's gotten quieter and a little more compassionate.

Thank goodness.

Oh, yes, that's good.

Yeah, I think just like everyone, everyone's got this voice's a thing it's a it's an aspect of being human right?

Yeah for sure right a lot of us are very self-critical it's hard not to be I love that you said you feel it changing you feel it

improving because I think so many of us have this bad habit of saying mean things

to ourselves right to really get down on ourselves especially I think with language learning,

you know, we really beat ourselves up
