I am stuck. I'm just a stick in the mud right now. I am feeling stale. I do have an inkling that I'm on the cuss of an idea but I haven't reached it yet.

It's not within an arm's reach and I'm in need of advice.

I typically sit here in this podcast and I'll catch you up on what's going on in my life in my head

where I've been at mentally physically spiritually and then we talk to each other.

I'm feeling stale. I'm feeling stale right now. It's been kind of shit weather in Los Angeles.

I caught a bit of a cold and spent a good portion of the weekend and even a couple days

towards the end of the week, mostly sleeping in bed, and I'm not feeling 10 out of 10.

That being said, I did wake up this morning, an hour before my alarm.

Pepi is anything, so delighted to be alive which was a beautiful

feeling because I often don't feel that upon waking. Normally that comes

later on into the day but it was 7-10 and I was ready to be a part of the world and I peek out the window and it's gorgeous blue skies.

So this has been the best day in a while and by a while I mean like in the past week.

I'm being a little dramatic. I spent practically four days in the house and I'm not a home body. I am a home body if I'm hosting, but I do not love

spending my life horizontal in bed, watching things on YouTube or on TV playing on my phone. I think it drained

any of the life that was left in me right on out. Not going outside, not seeing my friends talking to my family friends

because I had horrible brain fog. The term perfectly explains what the feeling is. I was trying to book a ticket for my

birthday. I was trying to book a plane ticket and I realized that my passport is expired and my friends were trying to communicate that with me and tell me things that I needed to do.

Go to the DMV, get this expedited, go to the post office, blah, blah, and all of the words were not able to reach me.

It felt like there was a cloud or a cluster of clouds between me and my friends speaking with me and I try to tell them

It's not a joke. It feels like I have two brain cells. I cannot comprehend what you're saying. I can, I am clouded. There is a fog in my brain.

So to be clear-headed feels really, really amazing right now.
