Hey grilies and welcome back to the pod. Today is a super exciting episode because I have Sophia here with me.

Sophia has a blog called Dear Monday blog where she gives advice and it's

super awesome place for young girls and she also just released new

merch which is so so so exciting.

Hi everybody I am so excited a little nervous I feel like every time I listen to a podcast, the guest is always like,

I'm a little nervous. I'm always, I'm always wondering, why are you nervous? Like, all you have to do is talk, and I love talking.

This is weird, because I've always written for my blogs and shared advice, you know, where I can edit it and really think about what I'm going to say. So this is new. I'm out of my element, but just want to put it out there how inspired I am by Carmen I mean she pretty

much got me so excited about becoming an advice giver an older sister online

and she you know obviously had a very big

platform even before I started with my blog and I definitely follow in her

footsteps in many aspects,

whether it be like the social media element,

the advice element, and yeah,

I'm just really great to have such an amazing role model.

And I'm really excited to be here on the podcast.

Murch, yes, just came out with Murch.

That is because, I don't know, I've had the blog for like a year now

and I would love to help, know strengthen and unify all the readers with
